Ezankaya is a family-owned, passionate small-town restaurant rooted in tradition and love for food. Our journey began more than four decades ago, along the way learning from some of the best — including collaborations with chefs in Thailand and experience working alongside Thai Iron Chef champions. Growing up in a single-parent household, food became both our survival and our dream. Through hard work, dedication, and craft, that dream slowly took shape. Now, as the youngest son, I bring the flavors of my hometown to life. I wanted more than a restaurant — I wanted a place that feels like home, where neighbors become family and every dish tells a story. After years of planning and challenges, Ezankaya became our first restaurant in the United States — a place built to spread joy through authentic food and heartfelt hospitality.
